What to Expect
Here's what you can expect when you visit Bonita Springs Emergency Dental Care USA.
STEP 01
Make an Appointment, or Walk-in
We offer same-day service for emergency and non-emergency patients. You can walk-in, or reduce your wait time by scheduling (online, via online chat or by phone). Our office in Bonita Springs. Parking is available on the north side of the building. Enter the building by following the pathway around the front, to the middle of the building. Inside you’ll find a comfortable reception and waiting area.
STEP 02
Fill out some paperwork
New patients will need to provide medical and dental history. We’ll send these forms by email or text but also have paper versions available on-site.
Please be sure to bring your Photo ID, and – if you have insurance – we’ll verify your copay at the office to make sure you’re getting the most out of your insurance.
STEP 03
Exam & X-rays
All new patients need an exam and x-ray before we can provide treatment. This is essential to diagnose any issues and create a treatment plan.
Limited exams are $95 dollars and focus on a single problem area. However, we strongly recommend comprehensive exams, which look at the entire mouth and can identify other dental problems that may arise. Comprehensive exams are $150.
If you have dental insurance, your out-of-pocket costs for your exam will likely be less.
The dentist will review the x-rays and have a look inside your mouth. They will explain what they see, the treatment options available, and what they recommend.
STEP 04
Treatment Planning
After the exam, we provide a treatment plan that itemizes the recommended procedures and explains your out-of-pocket costs and estimated copay (if applicable). We can also review financing options if needed. Once your treatment and financial questions are answered, we’ll take payment and begin your treatment.
STEP 05
Treatment
Our goal is to provide same-day services, so treatment usually begins shortly after the exam. In some cases, your treatment may need to be scheduled for a later date or referred to a specialist.
We’re open late, because pain can’t wait. As your urgent care dentist, we strive to provide a comfortable, convenient and affordable visit no matter how long it’s been since your last dental appointment.
