What to Expect

Watch the video below to get an idea of what a typical visit to Emergency Dental looks like.

Step 01

Make an Appointment, or Walk-in

We offer same-day service for emergency and non-emergency patients. You can walk-in, or reduce your wait time by scheduling (online, via online chat or by phone).

Step 02

Fill out some paperwork

If you’re a new patient, we’ll need your medical and dental history. We’ll send these forms by email or text, but also have paper versions available.

Be sure to bring your Photo ID, and – if you have insurance – we’ll verify your copay at the office to ensure you’re getting the maximum benefit.

Step 03

Exam & X-rays

New patients need an exam and x-ray before we can provide treatment. This is essential to diagnose your issue and create a treatment plan.

Limited exams are ninety-five dollars and focus on a single problem area. We strongly recommend comprehensive exams, which look at the entire mouth, and can identify other dental problems that may arise. Comprehensive exams are one hundred fifty dollars

If you have dental insurance, your out-of-pocket costs for your exam will likely be less.

The dentist will review the x-rays and have a look inside your mouth. They will explain what they see, the treatment options available, and what they recommend.

Step 04

Treatment Planning

After the exam, we provide a treatment plan that itemizes the recommended procedures and explains your out-of-pocket costs and estimated copay – if applicable – and review financing options if needed. Once your treatment and financial questions are answered, we’ll take payment and begin your treatment.

Step 05

Treatment

Our goal is to provide same-day services, so treatment usually begins shortly after the exam. In some cases, your treatment may need to be scheduled for a later date.

In Summary…

We’re open late, because pain can’t wait. As your urgent care dentist, we strive to provide a comfortable, convenient and affordable visit no matter how long it’s been since your last dental appointment.
